A very large company within the packaging manufacturing industry located in Cape Town is urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Technical Trainer.

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary Training Diploma or equivalent technical qualification
5 - 10 years experience within an FMCG environment (plastic or packaging industry advantageous)

Responsibilities:
To develop, implement and execute training and support the educational process of operators, technicians, technologists, and team leaders.
To increase skills levels to ensure that operational targets can be met.
Preparation of Training Material
Support the Implementation of TPM Methodologies
Ensuring the department operates within company SHE standards and OHS Act
