EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Postgraduate or equivalent diploma / certificate
3 years working experience in the field of Technical and Training
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a specialist for Safety Products to support sales and implementations
Support Function to account managers when needed during demonstrations and installations
Training of customers on Safety Products and applications.

• Organise local events based on technique to support company solutions
• Collect competitive information, understand user sensitivity and inform sales and marketing
• To give the critical differentiator to the user that will influence the decision
• Provide information to the sales force about user habits; needs or recommendations
• Promote technical and application knowledge to the end users.

Training
- train users in special applications
- Provide ‘Train the trainer’ training sessions
- Training of Sales Engineers to ensure sales force efficiency
Regulatory Affairs and Quality
- Implement the processes and actions to obtain and maintain all relevant certifications, e.g. ISO, SANAS, in close collaboration with the Service Manager: and the local Quality Manager
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality and environmental policies
- Prepare, implement and monitor effective processes that provide the evidence of compliance with relevant directives, standards, technical, legal, industry or trade requirements
Ensure the effective day to day quality management of processes within, business, regulatory, testing, customer relations, service and logistic departments

REQUIREMENTS
Business English
Ability to present and/or train groups of people at various levels
Ability to adapt communication methods to target audience
Capability and experience of intercultural communications
Project Management
Computer Literate
Valid Driver’s Licence
