Qualification:
Matric is essential
NDip in IT
Relevant Information Technology Diploma or Degree will be highly advantageous

Skills & Experience:
Relevant experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Good analytical / problem solving skills
Must be able to plan and prioritise work
Good understanding of database structures
Basic knowledge on T-SQL Development
Experience in .Net Framework 4 or 4.5 Development
Any prior knowledge in the medical or water industry will be highly advantageous

Job Description:
Good understanding of the company developed systems in order to provide comprehensive customer support and QA testing
Document system changes for new releases
Create / updating user manuals
Create / update short guides (SOPs) to assist users with certain tasks
Create / update customer knowledge base articles
Monitor forums / support email inbox and assist clients when needed
