Our client a large off site storage solution company - Nationally based is seeking a Telesales person. English and Afrikaans is a requirements as many clients are Pretoria based.

Sourcing owns leads through Google etc. Ensuring that 40 cold calls are made per day. Ensuring that of those 40 calls at least 2 qualified appointments were made per day for 2 sales representatives, qualified being;

• Being able to get through to decision makers (Despite boundaries like PA’s / receptionists etc)
• Must have previous experience in service selling as it is a different ball game to selling products.
• Identifying the clients need and being able to identify a possible solution off hand
• Ensuring that the client is aware of what the sales representative will be presenting
• Ensuring that all the correct information is obtained for the sales representative to get to the client on time. Eg address with closest corner etc.
• Knowledge of the sales representative’s area to ensure time efficiency between appointments

Filling up the sales representatives diaries with customer care appointments in between the new appointments. Filing / Administration. Following up on quotes and or drawing up quotes. Sales representative support when they are not in the office.
