Telecomms company is seeking an Account Manager from the same industry. Exciting new position but with an existing database, company is expanding so lots of room for growth. Salary R12 000 plus commisison
Manage existing clients base (monthly calls & meetings)
Create quotations
Customer satisfaction management & survey
Quote sign off
Monthly reporting on client satisfaction
Helpdesk facilitation for support
Assist key account manager with follow ups after install
Installation training when taking over a client
Experience in telecoms industry
Good interpersonal skills
Matric minimum qualification
Will be given existing client list to manage
Will need working car to visit clients
must ahve proven sales track record in telecommunications
