Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure.

CCO takes ownership of the customer with the product or service offering(s) of the business, making sure that all functions of the business are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives.

Key Performance Indicators:

Build a commercialization infrastructure in order to drive market adoption of the company’s products and be responsible for revenue growth within the organization
Identify and develop new market opportunities for the company’s product portfolios.
Responsible for the commercial review and drafting of tenders, terms and conditions and contracts.
Responsible for the negotiation of the major project deals.
Work collaboratively with the Sales and CRM team to ensure that contracts and agreements are accurate, complete and legally binding, and are put in place before service commences.
Develop, drive and be in charge of the cost and pricing strategy of the business
Develop collaborative working relationships within the organization in pursuit of the of the company’s overall business goals.
Lead development of the company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth with a particular emphasis on cost-effective customer acquisition.
Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to growth.
Be well versed in the strengths and weaknesses of the company's products.
Assess , build and manage an array of necessary channels both internal and external , capable of delivering on the company’s growth objectives
Interact with the Sales and CRM operations teams on regular basis to ensure smooth flow of processes and report to the CEO regularly
Ensure sales staff covers both new sales and up-sell with existing clients, at the same time being responsible for every aspect of customer interaction, from policy and procedure to customer interface.
Take ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the company’s product and service offering
Be in charge of how the customer experiences the company’s brand and how the company delivers the best possible experience for the customer
Requirements:

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of business plans and strategies
Require a combination of strong technical solution selling skills with strong marketing and business development skills.
Problem solving – Brings a problem solving mindset to any challenging situation.
Technical Aptitude – Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.
Working Under Pressure – Ability to deliver against set objectives while operating in stressful situations
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Ability to supervise and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal negotiation skills.
Capacity to conceptualize as well as operationalize commercial strategies.
Should have a solid track record of success in return on investment
Executive experience, a solid educational track record in a related / relevant field - insurance or assisted services industry
QUALIFICATIONS:

Hold a pertinent standard of education up to Degree level
Five – ten years’ experience in overall comercial and business function at executive level.
Proficient verbal and written English skills
