Up and Cross Selling

Job description and Requirements:

• Be fully trained and knowledgeable in the Outbound Telesales Sector.
• Ability to sell bridging products to new customers.
• Prospect for potential customers.
• Customer Up-selling off a provided database.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good Communication and Persuading skills.
• Must a proven sales track record with contactable references (non-negotiable)
• Computer Literate (MS Office) with a good telephone etiquette.
• Must have a hunter mentality.
• Must have a high closing ratio.
• Grade 12 or Equivalent.
• 2 Years Telesales experience in an outbound selling environment.
• Must have reliable transport.
• Basic plus Commission.
