Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Finance qualification will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a Accounts Payable / Creditors position
- Must be fluent in English
- Computer literate with advanced Excel
- SAP experience will be an advantage
- Own transport will be an advantage
- Candidate must reside in the Johannesburg area and be available to start immediately

Responsibilities:
- High volume processing of supplier invoices
- Prepare vendor reconciliations
- Ensure that all invoices received are valid, including relevant approvals, correct company details, VAT numbers and
currency
- Match orders and invoices to statements
- Preparation of vendor account payments
- Monthly reporting on payment due
