Main role: Deal with stock and payroll on Pastel
Temp position from 9 January to 28 February 2017
Area: Stellenbosch (Wine estate)
Remuneration: R16 000 p/m

• Minimum requirements and skills:
• Suitable financial qualification
• Thorough knowledge of Pastel Accounting
• Exp of Pastel Evolution of total stock function (bills of material, stock count, stock variance, stock reporting & month end recons)
• 4 years’ experience in financial accounting duties
• Basic HR & Pastel Payroll experience
• Experience of customs & excise
Duties:
• Report to Accountant
• Deal with monthly recons & orders on Pastel
• Process wages and HR payroll
• Deal with employee loans
• Load new codes on system
• Credit guarantees
• Sales reports
• Workmen’s compensation
• EMP 201 reports & UI19 submission
