ThinkSales requires a Temp to update the CRM database.

Duties & Responsibilities:

? Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in outbound tele-sales
? Cold call off CRM to prospects on the system
? Capture details of calls on CRM
? Typing speed of 50 words per minute
? Excellent phone manner/ voice
? Excellent customer liaison ability
? Excellent data capturing skills
? Proficiency on Excel / Word & Outlook
? Action orientated and results driven; tenacious attitude
? OUTSTANDING POSITIVE ATTITUDE
? Non smoker
? List of reputable references
? Own Transport, valid SA driver’s license and cell phone

Process and Temp Rate:
1. Candidates will be required to go through a process of a telephonic interview, followed by a face to face interview which will include a role play
2. Shortlisted candidates will have their 3 x referees contacted.
3. A rate of R65.00 per hour will apply
4. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm on Thursday, with a 1 hour lunch break daily
5. The monthly temp rate is subject to SARS tax deduction
6. The successful applicant will work on the Temp Assignment until 14 December 2018
