Our Somerset West client within the Education industry requires an experienced Creditors and Budget Controller to complete a 6-month temporary contract from March to August 2017.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Loading purchase orders and GRV's
• Loading payments on the bank (COD and Monthly)
• Processing of payments on Pastel
• Reconciliation and payment of monthly creditors
• Monthly reconciliations of credit cards, bonds and bank statements
• Month end Journals
• Processing of Petty Cash payments
• Checking and approving purchase orders against department budgets
• Sending out department budgets monthly
• General budget controlling
• General banking administration
• Submission of VAT

Minimum requirements:
• 3 - 5 years’ experience within a similar role
• A relevant Tertiary qualification
• Competence in Microsoft Office and Pastel

Salary on offer: R 19 000 – R 21 000 p/m
