Temporary Data Analyst & Capturer

A leading and highly successful company is looking for a Data Analyst & Capturer, and would like to invite persons who feel they are suitably qualified and experienced to apply for this position.
The position is based in JHB and reports to the Brand Incubation & Project Manager.
Objective -

To provide marketing support with online/digital product referencing.

Formal Qualification & Experience -

- Grade 12
- University degree advantageous
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer
- Computer literacy – sound knowledge of MS Office Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of the automotive parts sector would be advantageous
Languages -

English

Main Tasks / Responsibilities -

Linking automotive parts to related vehicles on a specific computer program
Documenting and recording the information on a specific computer program
Ensuring that the captured data is accurate
Comparing captured data with source documents. Must be able to analyse the data accordingly
Verifies data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from automotive parts list to specific vehicles
Updating parts and vehicle information as required by the supervisor or the head of the department
Compiling relevant vehicle information as required
Assisting in compiling parts and vehicle database

Starting salary of R10 000-00 (no benefits, only UIF).
