Our client is looking for experienced Test Analysts to join their team of professionals.

Your 5 - 8 years solid Automation testing experience is a necessity and a BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering will be highly beneficial.

The Test Analyst is accountable for all aspects of solution testing and quality for his/her assigned work and, in addition, will be required to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams including business, development, business analysis, and third-party service providers.


Minimum Requirements:
• Financial testing experience would be an advantage
• Demonstrated understanding and insight across all aspects of IT with in-depth knowledge and experience in integrated software
• Demonstrated experience in delivering quality software through robust testing processes
• Solid experience working in a multi-disciplinary team, foster collaboration and teamwork
• Solid experience in interacting with internal customers with demonstrated customer service orientation
• Experience in Microsoft Test Manager would be an advantage
• ISEB Certification in Software Testing or other relevant software testing certification
• A minimum of four years solid testing experience in a complex and heterogeneous IT environment

Main duties/ responsibilities:
• Use the appropriate test techniques to extract test requirements from the available business and technical requirements for the assigned work items
• Use the appropriate test techniques to create test scenarios and test cases for the requirements extracted
• Conduct peer reviews of test assets produced by the testing team
• Initiate peer reviews of own test assets to ensure that assets satisfy the acceptance criteria
• Identify and track testing risks and issues related to the test manager/lead
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the system under test from a business and functional perspective
• Track individual progress against the test plan and communicate to the test manager/lead
