Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems
• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests or usability
• Documenting and reviewing of Functional Test Cases and Test Plans from Functional specification. Log defects in Bug Tracking system and attach necessary documentation.
• Document software defects and report defects to Software Developers
• Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts. Managing Change Control from internal testing to UAT. Maintain and Execute test cases (Manual Testing)
• Regression testing ensure that the other parts of the application functions properly.
• Develop and improve QA process.
• Produce test packs for audit and compliance
• Execute demos of the new system or application
• Provide support to users as and when they need it
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
• Bug Status and Test Coverage reports to Project Management and Team leads. Planning, control and management of assigned test and verification projects including coordinating and communication between QA and other business and development teams to ensure consistent understanding.
• Ensure that the system/application is fully tested and meets the user requirements. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of development and testing processes and methods Gain knowledge on all systems within the development environment
• Providing timely communication to the test team, third party partners and developers

Minimum Requirements: *NOT NEGOTIABLE*
• I.T Degree/Diploma
• ISTQB Foundation Level / ISEB
• Minimum 4 years Software Testing experience
• Work well under pressure and motivate others on the team
• Be flexible with longer working hours
• Knowledge in testing Oracle systems is advantageous.
