MiX Telematics has vacancies for Tier 1 (FM) Consultants, based at Midrand.

Responsibilities:

Commissioning of FM units;
Accept and action cases within 15 minutes of receiving;
Update the device details according to the commissioning information sent by the Technician;
Keep the Technician updated on completion of amended data base as well as any delays;
Analyse the test information by verifying log files and comparing data to the back end system ensuring
all inputs were tested and are working;
Handle incoming calls from Customers/Dealers;
Ensure information on product changes and process enhancements are at hand and adhered to.

Must have requirements include:

Matric;
2 Years Call Centre and Admin experience;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with
internal and external customers/ Dealers;
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook);
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and
providing exemplary customer service;
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of
instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;
Attention to detail and analytic skills;
Technical background would be an advantage
Shift environment must be able to work shifts.
