Looking for a Touring Financial Accountant for Destination Management Company
Qualifications and knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in finance
Advanced Excel – Pivot tables, advanced formulas
Highly articulate
Tourplan experience advantageous

Full responsibility for Tourplan transaction flows, accounting, reporting and internal controls
Debtors reconciliation, allocation, collection, reporting and escalation, as well as the full function month end process
Daily finance queries
Debtors Team
Daily finance Queries
Act as Finance liaison to the Sales, DMC, Commercial Teams, as well as the rest of the Finance
team regarding any queries that may arise
Assist with Tourplan queries
Manage Debtors Book
Month end function
Additional Functions
• VAT Submissions by the due date for
• Monitoring of e-filing for any assessments issued by SARS
• Resolving all VAT Queries
• Manage the Debtors & Accounting Team in terms of leave, working hours, identifying training needs
• Commission and Incentives: Implementation, calculation and support
• Cash book: Weekly review of Bank reconciliations
• Balance Sheet: Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations (3 Companies)
• Budgets: Prepare, Implement and maintain
• Audit: participate intermediate/ year-end audits, and internal reviews
