You will eventually end up becoming a Franchise Manager, who is ultimately accountable for all aspects of the business and optimising performance. During your training you will be given the support, knowledge and experience you need to support the current General Manager in achieving this. You will achieve this through defined ways of working, combined with individual leadership and style whilst demonstrating shared behaviours and values
