You will be required to promote product on behalf of the leading financial company and persuade clients to invest in the future of our business. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for sales.

Once your training is completed you will be required to coach and develop your own sales and marketing team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of your team..

Skill sets required for the Trainee Manager:
• Past experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
• Understanding of brand growth strategies
• Passion for generating bright ideas and delivering work that sells
• Ability to think beyond execution and to offer solutions rather than problems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills – understands the importance attached to positive client relationships and demonstrates an engaging and open style of communication
• Excellent organisational skills – works in a time efficient and organised manner and seeks to streamline processes where appropriate as well as prioritises effectively
• Previous experience in managing a small team and/or supervising a network is desirable.
