Job Description
Engage in accreditation related activities and processes
Comply to mine specific polices, procedures and process flows to monitor activities in area of responsibility
Determine training interventions in area of responsibility
Handling of on the job coaching
Interact with internal stakeholders regarding the human resources development process
Cooperate in evaluating and auditing coaching system / initiatives in accordance with human development process quality management policy and ISO 9001 standard and Sector Education and Training Authority standards (where applicable)
Participating in implementation of the compatible steps of the Talent Management Framework i.e. sequence planning (sourcing) induction (on-boarding) Learning and Development
Acknowledge training records and assessment confirmation in accordance with organisational guidelines
Practice HRD backing system to determine suitability of apprentices (Vienna)
Cooperate in external evaluation and auditing of coaching system, initiatives in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, Sector Education Training Authority standards and legislation requirements, where relevant.
Presenting and Facilitating of training interventions (Safety and Skills Coaching) in area of responsibility.
Must be adaptable to assist with tasks that are not listed above, but which is needed to meet the purpose of the training department.
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mining industry as a Trackless Mobile Machinery Multi Operator
Qualified Assessor, competent to conduct Outcomes Based Assessments
Practical subject matter experienced in opening mining equipment
