This position exists in East London Eastern Cape and will suit an individual with good communication skills, both written and verbal and who has a passion for education and delivering on the companies vision.
Duties:
To develop and maintain standardised training materials and to ensure content is updated on a continues basis to align to any significant changes in operations
Conduct induction training for all new employees
Develop annual skills development plans
Conduct assessments before training and after training
Provide ongoing coaching of staff on products, services, policies and procedures, applications and soft skills.
Build and maintain relationships with SETA
Prepare monthly training reports in accordance with SDL and seta reporting formats.
Experience:
Worked in a Training, skills development and coaching role
Worked with SETA and associated regulatory processes
Call Centre experience
Worked in a private or public education environment, preferable a distance learning institution
Education and Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Relevant training and development courses
Computer literate
