Training Coordinator
Compuscan Academy, a Stellenbosch-based private training provider in the banking and micro-finance environment, has a position available for a Training Coordinator to plan and coordinate the delivery and implementation of training programmes and learnerships by ensuring that all administrative and logistical arrangements such as event scheduling, material preparations, facilitator and venue bookings are completed prior to the training event and all required payments are effected.
Key Requirements
• Grade 12 /Matric
• National Certificate: OD ETD Practices Level 5
• Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, E-Mail)
• Certificate in Events Scheduling / Planning
• At least 1 – 2 years’ work experience in a training / skills development environment
• Training coordination and administration experience required
• Events management experience beneficial

Key Performance Areas
• Schedule public and/or private training programmes according to client and facilitator availability.
• Confirm training requirements from internal & external clients.
• Obtain all compulsory documentation for training to take place i.e. signed quotes and learner registration forms.
• Keep relevant parties informed of cancellations, postponements or new bookings i.e. Clients, Managers, ESC’s.
• Schedule suitable facilitators to conduct the training i.e. SME, qualified.
• Make all required facilitator travel arrangements if and when required.
• Arrange a suitable training venue for the event if and when required.
• Send out reminder e-mails & confirmation e-mails to clients and learners of training coordinated
• Complete and communicate training booking and printing orders.
• Complete all required checklists and forms for training sessions scheduled and coordinated
• Keep record of all training coordinated.
• Check and submit all training related invoices for payment.
• Collect and receive completed training administration documentation from facilitators within specified submission time periods as per QMS.
