Minimum Requirements essential for the position
• Minimum of 5 – 8 years Training Manager and Learning and Development project management experience
• Must have experience managing a team of Trainers / Facilitators
• Must have Call Centre / BPO experience
• Experience managing large scale operations across regions
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to an every changing highly pressured environment
• Must have resilience and excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to understand business strategic business objectives and align learning solutions proactively
