My client is a multinational pharmaceutical company who seeks to employ a Training Manager - Product and Sales Training

Minimum Requirements:

Appropiate Scientific Tertiary education
5 years proven pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience in different therapeutic classes and fields
Previous experience in training and education


Role
• Develop and prepare professional product and selling skills training material; effectively conduct training courses.
• Effectively communicate product benefits to Sales and Marketing staff.
• Maintain and improve the product and selling skills knowledge of Sales and Marketing staff; share new concepts in relevant therapeutic areas
• Optimize cross-functional support needs within the organization, ensuring effective communication to all (medical, marketing, sales, other Business Units)
• Plan and control local training expenditure, ensuring cost efficiency at all times
• Manage e-learning initiatives
• Manage accreditation and certification of sales force
• Ambitious pursuit of innovative alternatives & channels to facilitate knowledge and skill delivery
• Keep up to date with industry and market related information
