The candidate will be responsible for identifying training and learning needs, to design and develop training programmes to meet specific needs, to present outcomes based training programmes to the standards required, to co-ordinate the implementation of NQ’s and follow through, to keep accurate training records, to evaluate the impact of the training intervention for the individual and company, to assist with the co-ordination of administration to ensure the smooth running of the training centre, to maintain the training cycle within all the units in your specified area linked up to the Work place Skills.Requirements:Matric qualificationTraining experience essential (training qualification)Hospitality experience - 5 star environments (3 years)Computer literacy–MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, knowledge of micros-adv.)South-African citizenshipPlease send a recent picture and written references with your application.
