Candidates must have the following: • Training diploma or Trade Test • 3 years’ experience • Skills in MS Office and Training Systems • Understanding of the NQF, QCTO and SETAs • Knowledge of quality systems, learnership and apprenticeship training • Qualification as an Assessor and Moderator OR Trainer in an engineering/production environment or FET College will be advantageous.
