We are looking for a Training Specialist for a National Company in Port Elizabeth.
(Medical Industry – Systems and Product Training)

Purpose of Position:
The Training Specialist will provide formal training to the Company’s client base to improve relationships between clients and the Company. In addition to client training the Training Specialist will do internal training with the focus to improve the Company’s service offering to our clients.
The main purpose of the position is to develop and maintain a professional, dedicated training solution for the Company.

Requirements:
2 years experience in a client facing position in an Operations Department
2 years experience in a Client Service Position in the Medical Industry; or
2 years’ experience responsible for the processing of medical accounts
Previous client/customer/student training/teaching experience is essential
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be computer literate – intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Fluent in English & Afrikaans and with good presentation skills
Be able to work independently as well as in a team
Must be flexible and adapt easily to changes on short notice
Must be able to handle a high pressure environment
Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
Have a teaching aptitude
Have initiative, tact and maturity

Duties:
Liaise with Supervisors and Management to identify the various training needs both internally and externally
Regularly conduct personal visits to clients to evaluate client processes, training needs and ensure that the client has adopted the relevant systems correctly in their offices.
Training of current and new clients in terms of the relevant requirements for such client’s discipline, medical aid requirements, the medical scheme act and process flow, etc
Research and analyze training needs and identify the correct training solutions to be implemented.
Conduct training as identified and recommended/requested by Supervisors/Management.
Training Material and Workshops / Seminars / Roadshows / Professional conferences
Develop, design and maintain training material.
Present proposed training solutions to management. Obtain approval of any changes to existing or new training material.
Liaise, plan, organize, oversee and direct seminars, roadshows and workshops.
Attend professional conferences on behalf of the Company to present the Company’s systems as solution to medical practices
Schedule appropriate training sessions
Prepare hard copy training materials such as booklets, videos and presentations
Update and keep training registers with master control sheet
Ensure that your monthly planning is added to the relevant database promptly for Supervisors to utilize.
Ensure that you are in constant communication with the Supervisor of your clients to improve our services to such clients.
Monitor and report back on all processing issues you might become aware of
Provide continuous feedback, telephonic and email, to each Supervisor pertaining to the clients managed by that Supervisor

Salary is Market related and negotiable.
