Travel Administration Officer, fixed term contract

Salary: market-related

This para-statal is looking for a professional person who has experience in Travel and can meet datelines. The following are the requirements:
• Senior certificate with +/- 2 years’ experience in Travel Management
• Knowledge of JDE, PFMA and Supply Chain Management Procedures/Protocols
• Knowledge of Hospitality Industry
• Strong and Fast learner who will be able to adapt to high volume of requisitions

Duties:
• Travel bookings (flights, car, accommodation and conferencing) and general administration
• Stakeholder Management internal/external
• Arrange Travel Insurance
• Logistic Management in terms SAMRC driver
• SAMRC Pool Vehicle Management

Duration: between 3 months to 6 months with option to extend.
