A leading importer and exporter of seafood products in Montague Gardens is looking to appoint a Truck Driver with a valid Code 14 license with no endorsements. The successful candidate must have some experience in driving cold storage trucks.
The main purpose of the job will be to secure transportation, loading and off loading of products from/onto the trucks as per instruction and without compromising the food safety and quality standards. The candidates should be able to inspect the vehicle for mechanical items and safety issues and arrange for preventative maintenance when required. Knowledge of routes in the Cape Town area, specifically Paarden Island and Montague Gardens, as well as Southern and Northern suburbs is required.

Other requirements: At least 5 years’ experience with a proven track record of driving code 14 trucks; a valid senior certificate and experience in cold storage trucks.
