We are looking for a experience Commercial/Truck Sales Manager for a Group Commercial Dealership

Key Performance Areas
Ensure that Performance Management is conducted.
Monitor and management sales productivity and customer base development by utilizing the Kerridge CRM system
Oversee Employment Equity Plans & Targets.
Establish Internal & External Communication Processes
Maintain excellent team working relations with Dealership and Sales Management in the dealer network.
Formulate cost effective strategies that will ensure that dealerships sales targets are met.
Develop strategic and tactical plans to support the business objectives.
Monitor all strategic and tactical plans regularly and modify according to market trends.
Quarterly review of the Brand Centre customer base and the projected business potential contained within.
Identification and development of new business potential on an ongoing basis.
Ensure that we maintain a high level of CSI Scores.

Requirements

Minimum Grade 12.
National Diploma in Sales and Marketing highly advantageous (BCom and Up)
5-10 years working experience within Commercial Vehicles industry.
In-depth Knowledge of the Commercial Sector
Product and Technical knowledge a must.
Possession of a valid code 14 driver’s license
Must have contactable references
