Job Description

Providing professional engineering support for on-line communications for hardware & software.
Responsible for maintaining records and controlling the invoices for support on the underground machinery online service agreement.
Distributing reports to the relevant departments timeously
Assessing root cause problems and adhering to the system requirements
Report writing
Using the SQL database and running scripts
Adhering to health and safety aspects as per the Mine Health and Safety Act.

Minimum Requirements

Must be a qualified Electrician / Millwright
Must have Flameproof and Gas Testing Certificates
Faceboss II machines knowledge and communication on ethernet protocols will be advantageous
Must have experience with and be fit for underground work
Basic Knowledge in SQL database and scrips running
MS office proficient
Required to travel to customer sites
Must have a valid driver’s license & own transport
