Unit Manager (Emergency Room)
A leading Private healthcare provider in South Africa is seeking to employ a Unit Manager for their Emergency Department to be permanently based in Pretoria, Gauteng. The successful candidate should be able to co-ordinate quality nursing care as they will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring nursing care. They will be accountable for mentoring, training and co-ordination of capacity building.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Nursing Science or Diploma in General Nursing
Must be registered as a Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) and comply with all of its code and health care legislations.
Must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years’ experience as a Registered nurse and 2 years in a private hospital setting.
Must have a relevant management qualification and post basic qualification
Must have experience in clinical leadership in an emergency department
Must be able to interpret financial data and financial knowledge.
