Key Responsibilities:

• As Unit Manager – Obstetrics, you will be responsible for the success and smooth running of the unit
• As Unit Manager – Obstetrics, you will ensure the full staffing of the unit at all times both permanent staff and Agency
• As Unit Manager – Obstetrics, you will need to guide, mentor and train your staff ensuring full adherence to excellent and highest standards of nursing care within the Unit.

Applicants for this position must:

• Be SANC Registered
• Be in possession of an additional Midwifery Post Basic Qualification
• Have proven experience in a similar role within a Private Hospital setting
• At least 2 – 3 years proven experience within a Leadership role
