Requirements:
National Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Operations/Production Management
10 years' FMCG experience of which a minimum of 4 years are in a Management role

Ensuring factory targets and deadlines are achieved
Quality Control Management
Health and Safety Management
Managing production, engineering and quality issues
Cost reduction activities and budget management & planning
