The client experience analyst role is extremely important, we are looking for a dynamic, professional Usability / client experience / client centric thinker who understands the functional needs and can promote the usability framework within software design. Must have 5 years experience at least.

- Analysis of business requirements
- Interpret channel analytics data to inform the understanding of customer behaviour and channel experience
- Follow a structured process to listen to, understand and document client requirements and experiences
- Review the business requirements with the client
- Work on multiple tasks and projects with multiple stakeholders
- Answer queries from the development team on business or client on the user experience
- Defend the client experience
- Conduct user research to understand the context of user behaviour and preferences to inform user interface solutions
- Promote the usability framework within software design
- Promote client and customer centric thinking with product and business owners, technical marketing and all other stake–holders
- Plan, design and execute user testing, including stakeholder interviews, focus groups, contextual enquiry and usability testing
- Creating wireframes for to help conceptualize solutions
- Create prototypes
- Aid in the design of the solution and produce UX outputs
- Develop scenarios, navigation models and prototypes for demonstration of concepts
Qualifications and experience
- 5 to 10 years work experience
- Qualifications BCom, BSC or BA in any of the following: Informatics, Industrial and organizational psychology, Fine arts, Ergonomics, Industrial design, User experience, Information sciences/technology
- Or diploma in Multimedia IIBA certification (CBAP) User experience certificate Graphic or web design UML/Storyboarding BPMN
