Represent the User Experience Team in client meetings regarding new business initiatives and/or changes.

Elicit system requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis and translate them into technical and operational design requirements.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mock-ups.

Design the interface, interaction, information architecture, flow and key UX decisions for cross-device and cross-platform solutions as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.

Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.

Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various audiences from application end users to clients and internal senior leadership.

Promote usability best practices and conduct usability tests and research.

Build upon and expand established style guides and UI patterns


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

preferably in an IT, Psychology or HCI related field.

Three or more years of UX design experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.

Expertise in UX software such as In Vision, Axure, Balsamiq and the like is a must.

Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JacaScript skills are a plus.

Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator).

Ability to create illustrations for stylized graphic artwork and icons is a plus.
