A world class industry leader in travel, airline and logistics, is renowned for offering an exclusive service on a global scale. The company is offering an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer to maintain and enhance the performance reporting of the service centre network.

Duties:
• Responsible for administration and further development of the group-wide data warehouse (Oracle SQL) and reporting systems
• Responsible for administration of existing tools programmed in VB.Net
• Enhancement of further automation of management reporting
• Create and maintain new data fields
• Combining various data sources to reports to get a clear picture of each service canters’ performance and gaps
• Develops a system for defining and monitoring service centre process performance indicators
• Other duties consistent with the position

Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Engineering / Relevant qualification / equivalent relevant working experience
• VB.Net essential
• Oracle SQL (Basic)
• A minimum of 2 Years’ experience in the same / similar role
