A leading life assurance company seeks experienced financial services sales professionals across Gauteng with leadership / management / coaching experience to recruit, train, develop and coach Financial Advisers.

Key Outputs:

• Recruitment of financial advisers
• Supervision and management of financial advisers during first 8 months of employment
• Activity, productivity and performance management of newly appointed advisers
• Up skilling newly appointed advisers on products, technical knowledge, systems, processes, compliance, legislation, etc.
• Focused Coaching and Vesting to ensure that the financial advisers undergoes all the necessary steps, processes and requirements to become vested as quickly as possible to full productivity

Key Requirements:

• Matric
• CFP/RFP3
• RE 1
• 120 FAIS credits
• Extensive experience in a marketing/sales
• Previous management exposure
• Financial Services experience, preferably having been a FA with 3 – 5 years’ experience with a proven track record
• Fit & proper from a FAIS perspective to act as supervisor
