VIDEO CONFERENCE TECHNICAL FACILITATOR

Our client is a leader in advanced communication systems & technology providing their customers with a complete matrix of unified solutions, technologies and services including HD voice and video conferencing and audio-visual systems.

Based on site at one of their key customers the ideal candidate will join a team of 6 staff members. As Technical Facilitator, you would work alongside 2 other on-site technical facilitators and team leader to whom you will also report.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

• Daily technical operations of the company
• Technical aspects concerning the smooth running of the branch’s equipment
• In-room technical support in the video conferencing rooms
• Assisting your team leader developing and maintaining a technical service.

Ideal but not essential is experience in the fields of video conferencing, audio-visual, unified communications, room intelligence systems. The successful incumbent will be well-presented, professional and courteous at all times. You will be a result-orientated loyal team player and offer a positive contribution toward the greater goals of the company. Audio college graduates will receive preference.
