A thorough understanding of the casino complimentary systems and programs.
Always uses appropriate judgment in establishing complimentaries of goods and services (dining, hotel accommodations, transportation accommodations, entertainment, or spa/salon service) to rated players for their recognized exemplary play, in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Understands the importance of being visible on the Casino Floor and consistently spends adequate time reviewing and monitoring player ratings before and during shift to know who, of the rated player base, is present or is expected to arrive.
Consistently enhances the “personal player base” and effectively builds and maintains professional relationships through established methods (i.e. personalized note cards, follow-up phone calls, greeting guests at check-in, dining, recognition of anniversaries, birthday/special gifts), and always follows through with necessary accommodations.
Ability to maintain coded book of business given by the casino and manage the book according to the company’s expectations.
Effectively utilizes pit personnel (i.e.: Shift Managers, Pit Managers and Floor Supervisors) to identify new premium players.
Develops new premium players by identifying their interests and encouraging a higher number of return trips through the appropriate player events. (Golf tournaments, shows, player parties, etc.)
Ensures that all of the rated player base stay well informed of existing promotions through direct mail, telemarketing, and in-house contact to encourage trip frequency to the casino, including sending personalized structured literature to a range of the rated player base (i.e. inactive, special offers).
Consistently meets established standard for sales activity and event bookings.
Always maintains strict confidentiality of guest information.
Uses knowledge of personal player base to suggest new ideas for events that would encourage future trips and additional play from the patrons.
Assists Executive Host with handling day-to-day operational issues to include, but not limited to, coaching VIP Agents to perform their respective work assignments more effectively as required.
Meets, greets and delivers exceptional service to all VIP guests.
Arranges hotel, limo, room amenities, golf and spa reservations and other needs for the satisfaction of VIP guests.
Notifies VIP guests through telemarketing and letter writing about services available, promotional opportunities, and special events to ensure guest retention and repeat business.
Works special events servicing VIP guests on and off property.
Reviews VIP activities and promotional status with Player Development Executive International Host, Player Development Operations Manager, and Player Development Director as required.
Solicits and develops new VIP guests through contacts within the community and on the casino floor.
Generates a minimum of 70 calls per day to qualified casino customers. Converts a minimum of 2.5% of all customers called to a future reservation.
Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through the development of a targeted book of business by building relationships with premium-valued guests. Promotes TSRC gaming experiences to high-valued players while ensuring highest quality theoretical attendance and maximum ROI.
Maintains players’ database and monitors players’ visits, spending and preferences, to tailor marketing campaigns (including telemarketing, email and personal invites) in an effort to encourage return visits while developing the business.
Meets goals and objectives for daily phone calls and letters mailed to current, inactive and prospective high-end players.
Meets goals and objectives for monthly casino revenue and player development.

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Host position.
Demonstrates the ability to manage larger book of business than Host level position.
Demonstrates proven experience in guest relationship management and the keen ability to sell.
Must be able to speak Mandarin
Must be willing to sign an employment contract.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, professional and outgoing demeanour and proven public speaking skills required. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem solving skills as well.
High School Diploma or Equivalency and/or additional education or related sales and marketing training preferred.
Must be able and willing to work any shift and long hours when necessary which includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be willing to work both on and off-site special events.
Organizational and event planning experience preferred.
Must be able to work independently.
Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be available to work Company operational hours, including weekday evenings and weekends.
