Description
Processing payroll for employees
Administration and calculation of employee benefits
Preparation of monthly electronic payslips on VIP Payroll system
Payroll month-end and year-end administration
Registration of all first-time employees for Income tax
Management of any ad-hoc changes to employees' benefits and general salary information
Preparation, reconciliation and maintenance of payroll and leave reports required by top management
Liaise with the H.R. team regarding any staff issues and reports required
Assisting the H.R. Department on an ad-hoc basis regarding any payroll-related queries and requirements
Confirmation of employment and salary as required
Maintain any garnishee orders
Profile
Suitable payroll qualification
Experience with VIP Payroll package essential (People, Premier or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
