SHIFT YOUR CAREER to a very busy Franchise Motor Dealership that needs to employ a VSB Stock Controller and Invoicing Clerk FOR SEPTEMBER 2018

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capturing vehicle stock on system
Reconciliation of invoices between Manufacturer & Dealership
Reconciliation of reconditioning costs and value added products
Invoicing of sold vehicles
Transfer of vehicles between departments
Processing orders against vehicles in stock

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Reside close to or in the area and be available to start asap!
Min Grade 12 (with Mathematics and/or Accounting as subjects)
Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office and have working knowledge on Automate/Kerridge
Min 3 years experience in the Motor Industry
Bookkeeping or similar experience in Vehicle Invoicing
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Target and Process driven

REMUNERATION:
R9 000 - R12 000 pm basic salary plus Incentives and Standard Company Benefits
