Waltloo, Pretoria: PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (CONSTRUCTION)
Minimum Requirements:
-Male
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Excellent organisational and time management skills
-Strong problem-solving skills and planning skills
-Good communication skills (verbal and written)
-3 to 5 years working experience in a similar position (production) in construction or similar sector
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Stable employment record
-To start January 2018
Duties:
-Production coordination of scaffolds
-Draw up a daily production and cutting schedule
-Complete job cards and monitor performance
-Ensure that products are produced on time, of good quality and complies with industrial standards
-Drafting a timescale for the job
-Estimate costs and setting the quality standards
-Monitoring the production and painting processes and adjusting schedules as needed
-Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
-Identifying training needs
-Plan daily deliveries
-Plan and ensure material is available when required
-Ensuring delivery dates are met
-Ensure quality checks are done
-Coordinating stock take
-Minimising Waste by ensuring first offs are done and spot checks are carried out
-Meet delivery dates by guaranteeing individuals achieve the task given to them
Salary: R 9 000.00 - R 11 000.00 gross (depending on relevant experience)
