Dispensing of prescriptions (hospital and retail)
Maintain pharmaceutical evaluations of hospital in patients, with special care to geriatric, paediatric, neonates, ICU and High care patients
Mentor staff
Advising and interacting with physicians on drug therapy, appropriate dosing and patient care plans
Implement and develop quality improvement
Participate in evidence based research to guide best practice
Compile research findings in the form of conference presentations
Communication with the hospital community and handling queries
Keep updated with new developments in the pharmaceutical field
Assist with all aspects of stock control
Related admin and housekeeping tasks
