WAREHOUSE CONTROLLER REQUIRED IN MARBLE HALL

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Grade 12 (Essential)
•    Storekeeping/Warehousing Diploma
•    Basic Accounting reconciliation experience
•    Computer Literate (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and word)
•    3 years’ experience in a fast moving warehousing environment in needed
•    1-year experience in a technical field (Recommended)
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
DUTIES:
•    Receiving of stock
•    Ensuring the stock received is taken and kept at a temperature controlled room
•    Maintaining the stores
•    Daily monitoring of stock
•    Issuing stock to customers/user
•    Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.                      
•    Creating customer distressed/return sales orders on seed stock; creating seed sample order for internal customers.                      
•    Invoicing customers on bulk-bin hire.               
•    Attending to internal and external queries regarding seed and chemical issues.                            
•    Conducting monthly/weekly stock takes on seed and chemicals.                       
•    Making monthly Marble Hall diesel slip recon for fleet statements.
