Job Description:
Warehouse Coordinator
Purpose:

A well-known pharmaceutical organization urgently is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their organization that will be responsible for proactively providing comprehensive supervisory and administrative assistance to the inbound logistics function so as to ensure optimum customer service levels at the lowest cost, manage all warehouse activities and ensure staff and equipment is allocated where required as well as communicate stock order status to manager and the sales team

Key Job Outputs:

Ensure the Service Levels are attained
Manage all warehouse staff
Coordinate staff and prioritizes to achieve required output targets
Monitors compliance to GMP
Participates in Internal and External Audits conducted
Ensure corrective action is taken on all audit findings
Ensure that goods are physically receipted, checked for quantity accuracy against the PO and stored
Ensure that goods are receipted onto the IT system as per agreed standards/specs
Ensure the Receiving Warehouse Service Levels are adhered to
Ensure stock and order reports are available and accurate
Monitors inventory levels, cycle counts and aids in preparation of inventory process/targets
Transferring damaged and expired stock to specific sub-inventory with necessary documents
Monitor stock rotation
Monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
Ensure accuracy of all stock checked in and issued
Ensure that materials/products are correctly handled, stored and recorded
Accurate defect and Trends analysis report
Qualifications:

Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
Experience:

Minimum of 3 – 5 years within a related environment
Supervision experience, dispatching, receiving and stock control required
Computer Literate Computer skills MS Microsoft applications Excel, Word etc.
Pharmacy Assistant Certificate would be an advantage
Salary: 350 – 420K
