Requirements:

• A matric (Grade 12) level of education as a minimum
• 2 – 4 Years Warehouse Operations experience

• Knowledge of Accounting an advantage
• SHEQ, Operational  and Freight industry experience
• Superior level of English Literacy & Numeracy essential
• Computer Literacy – (MS Office and In-house program – VOS)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to interact and liaise with Clients / Contractors
• Meticulous & Accurate with ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work overtime / weekends if so required
• Strong planning & organizational abilities
• Visible initiative and drive      

• Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Ability to interact and liaise with Clients/Contractors
• Provide excellent administrative support with the ability to implement and manage controls for Ops/Admin systems
• Coordinate and control movement of stock ensuring that all stock transactions are recorded and reported in line with prescribed standards
• Holistically assist with operational functions
• Assist with daily finance functions at ops/admin level
• Coordinate labour broker bookings and processing of documents
• Take responsibility for the administration of the SHEQ program, ensuring compliance with statutory/legal requirements
