Description
My client, a global concern within the healthcare space is currently seeking an individual with strong organisational and communication skills. In order for you to be the successful candidate, you must have a sound working knowledge of all workstations in a warehouse and strong managerial experience.

Key duties:
Ensure the systems and equipment are all in optimum working order, that staff are competent in performing their tasks
Ensure sufficient staff are available for the work load and all the other necessities that ensure a smooth work flow are in place
Ensure that all functions conform with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures and SAHPRA Regulations and Standards
Ensure that the courier company complies with the SLA and providing a world class service
Be available at all times during normal office hours for consultation in order to resolve any difficulties a staff member may be experiencing in performing their duties
Must cross check with despatch ensuring all orders for the day have been successfully processed and despatched
Assist in any other area/department of the organisation as may be necessary from time to time
Responsible for maintenance/servicing of all South African facilities
Attend and report back at Management Meetings as regards to the warehouse

Qualification & Skills:
Qualification in Logistics & Facilities Management
Must have excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities
Must have good judgement and decision-making skills
