Introduction
My client within financial services requires the services of competent individuals to do telephonic support on the company client portals & client apps.
The ideal candidates will have previous helpdesk experience, excellent telephone etiquette and financial services experience.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric
• Excellent proficiency in both Afrikaans and English
• Helpdesk training / experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
• Own transport
• Good Communication and knowledge sharing abilities
Advantageous Requirements
• Diploma / Certificate in IT
• Financial Services experience
• Agile / SCRUM experience
The positions
The positions will be responsible to telephonically support to certain clients on the companies client portal, the Apple & Android Apps, as well as certain websites. Although support is the main function, the ideal candidates should have the ability to make suggestions for improvements. The persons will form a two-member support desk, which in turn forms part of a larger helpdesk that services internal Adviser applications.
This position is based in the Cape Town Northern Suburbs. As the positions provide support to professional persons, an excellent telephone etiquette is required.
Applicants without Financial services experience will be required to do NQF5 studies. Work back contracts will apply.
The company has a fast paced environment and the individual should be comfortable with changes made to the applications that are supported.
