Requirements:
? Welding / Boiler Making Qualification – 3 years
? 3 Years’ experience in repairs and maintenance of Heatco’s and Supervising a small team
? Code 08 driver’s license

Skills and competencies:
? Very neat operator with strong attention to detail
? Working knowledge of maintaining equipment.
? Good communication skills
? Preventative maintenance skills
? Problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
? Preventative maintenance, repairs and breakdowns
? Achieve Legal, BRC and SOP Compliance
? Set S.M.A.R.T KPI’s and objectives
? Rebuild HeatCo’s – project plans to be done stipulating materials needed and timeframes
? Plan, implement staff training and review work performed on a regular basis providing
guidance and feedback
