REPORTING TO Chief Executive Officer
JOB PURPOSE
• Position client as the preferred business partner in the different market segments and be responsible for maintaining existing revenue and ensuring sustainable revenue growth
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Management of Business Development team
o Planning and budgeting, ensuring that departmental costs are monitored on a monthly basis against budget
o Represent function at relevant forums and present monthly reports
• Client Relationship Management
o Retain and grow existing clients
• New Business development
o Partnership management – distribution through other organisations in the following fields: government, healthcare, affinity and employer groups
o Able to demonstrate superior sales skills and related proficiencies
o Intermediary support
o Proposal writing
• New business collateral development
o Corporate website
o Intermediaries
• Oversee solutions development:
o Government, healthcare, affinity and employer groups
• Wellbeing intelligence
o Data analysis
o Client reporting
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION)
• EE candidate
• A Master’s Degree in health and/or wellbeing preferred
• At least 10 years’ working experience in a similar role, with experience in the wellbeing industry preferred
• Consultative development of business
